Please find attached draft IDP Process Plan for the review of the 2012-13 IDP. We have just received comments on the plan from Cogta which are currently being addressed. In the interim please peruse and submit comments to me by 20 September 2011, thereafter all comments will be considered and incorporated if appropriate. The final draft of the IDP Process Plan is to be adopted by council and submitted to Cogta by 30 September 2011. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
